Alex Gains, the technician that serviced my furnace did an excellent service. He arrived within the window of time as scheduled. He took the time to review components of the heating system that I had questions about. Finally, he made a recommendation for an opportunity of improvement to increase the health quality of the air output from the heating & air system of which, I intend to install. Eanes Technicians continued to do an excellent job for my family.
Technician was on time for our seasonal service call. He took the time to explain what he would be doing and followed that plan. He answered all of the follow-up questions that I had.
