The staff from the time i called to schedule an appointment up until i walked out from my appointment was very hands on and helpful. As a first time patient i was very pleased on all aspects of how i was treated and handled by all the staff. Thank you
My best dental visit in years! Staff is great. Danielle is an excellent hygienist; she performed a very thorough exam and treatment was done well and carefully. The exam and assessment by Dr. Moore was completed with the same thoroughness and care. I especially appreciated the personal touch of being treated like a person, not just a body sitting in the chair. Dr. Moore’s “Good morning friend” on coming into the cube meant the world to me . So many times I’ve had to say “ good morning, can I ask your name?”, as they just started to work on me without ever speaking to me. As a healthcare provider myself, I say Kurdos to Dental at Palladium!
Had an appointment for a cleaning yesterday and it went incredible. I hadn't gone to the dentist in years due to my previous dentist drilling into a tooth that cracked. Danielle made me feel so comfortable. Good conversation and took no time at all to get through everything. The cleaning actually felt relaxing. Everyone from the front desk to the main dentist was super friendly and made me feel safe. I appreciate everyone there! 100% would recommend!
