Don’t believe all the low scores for this site. They are professional and courteous. I was short on time and they were able to assist me. Jaylin at the front desk was awesome and went out of his way to assist me.
My Experience at the WakeForest Atrium Orthopedic Urgent care was very professional from check in to meeting with the nurse who was very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the visit. I’d highly recommend being treated by their entire medical team
The PA in urgent care is not one I care for. He was very much uncaring and not pleasant to speak with. Other staff members such as nurses and registration are professional and caring. I will seek urgent care elsewhere in the future. Was rushed in and out by PA. Diagnosis was rushed and I do not feel confident in his treatment.
