After three leg surgeries in three years: torn Achilles, torn meniscus, and total hip replacement, I still walked with a limp and had trouble getting up from a seated position. I'm 52 years old, and have been working on losing weight via diet and exercise. In order for my exercise to be more effective, I needed to build up my strength. I didn't want to just go to a gym because I wouldn't know if I was doing things correctly or areas to focus on. My wife was using TK Training to help her with similar issues, and really liked her so I started there as well. Taylor is very knowledgeable, and has been excellent in guiding me with strength training. I started with her in October, and in December, I've already noticed huge improvements in my mobility, balance, and strength. I highly recommend her to anyone!
