“This was my first time getting a hydrodermabrasion facial at Arched and Polish. The service was pleasant and relaxing. I can tell June was very knowledgeable in performing the service. Before we began, she explained everything and all the steps throughly. She answered all my concern questions and told me what I should expect afterward. I showed her my trouble area and what I would like to happen, she helped me target those specific area. My skin can be sensitive to certain chemical, so I was really surprise when my face was barely pink after the facial was done. That night I followed through with the instructions she gave me and had no irritation except a slight burning sensation when I apply my moisturizer, which was expected from what June told me. The next day, my face looked brighter and felt smoother. I did not have any dry patches or sensitive area so that’s a plus for me. I’m loving the results so far so I plan to go back and keep this facial in my routine. I noticed that they offer other beauty services so I’m going to try them next time. Thanks to June, I will be going back.“

“Several weeks ago I had laser treatment for dark age/sun spots. I wanted to wait to do this review so I’d know how effective the treatment was. Jenny Houk did the dark spot laser treatment as well as a little laser hair removal. She was amazing and the results were fantastic! Jenny was so friendly and knowledgeable. She made me feel very relaxed and confident in her ability. I went in to just have the 2 darkest spots lasered, but she ended up doing about 10 different areas. I’m so mad I didn’t take before and after photos. It really is remarkable what a difference it has made! I would highly recommend Jenny and Pure Reflexions. I’m very impressed with both!!!
The week before the laser treatments, I had an appointment for a facial and dermaplane. This was the first facial I’ve had in about 40 years, so I was a little uneasy. Hina was so calming and nice.
