I worked at MHR for the last 8 months. This last month has been nothing but chaos. The CEO Doug Ritzel stopped paying everyone in the call center 4 weeks ago and assured everyone at a Christmas party that things were okay a business is good. Then today he laid off the entire call center staff which at the last meeting he called the “back bone” of the company. I have never met a more greedy, unprofessional, backstabbing, boss such as he. He ignores everyone’s phone calls and texts and doesn’t take any responsibility to come down here and cut manual checks. He’s is slimey and crooked. Do not accept any work from this company it’s a borderline scam.

This is the most Unorganized unprofessional company to not only work for I would never recommend doing business with them either. I was hired to supervise, train and manage their retail stores. I Came from Fort Myers Florida All the way to Hickory North Carolina With a promised position where they pay my expenses and a salary. I generated tons of leads trained people not only to canvas but how to market and run the store. They can’t even keep track of their leads and appointments customers are telling me that nobody is showing up. They are unaware of how much revenue and sales actually came in. On top of it when I made them aware of all this towards the end after I already trained people They made false claims against me that are completely untrue That I am willing to challenge. They fired me for no reason after they didn’t need me and didn’t pay me my last paycheck . After looking at the reviews and seeing how they run business I am not the only person that is saying these exact things.
