June 23. 2025 From the first-time meeting Mike McGhinnis at the Moss Marlow office, we had a good feeling. Mike already had our pencil sketches up on the big screen talking about how to build our new home. Architect Jason McGarry being available was a bonus. We were getting 3-4 months wait times from some others. After few months of back-and-forth meetings for the planning and modifications of building plans, we were ready to start the process. Mike and his assistant coordinator Courtney set up a schedule with all of the sub-contractors to discuss everything needed to construct our dream home. Everyone was outstanding. We used our own supplier for the finishing items and Moss Marlow worked with them seamlessly. They set up an app that allowed us to follow the design and construction process. We looked forward to getting the daily photos in the app so we could see the progress. After we were all finished with the design and finishes, they came out with our contract price. With a few changes here and there, we signed our contract. It was very organized and timely. We were ready to break ground. Randy Hart, our Project Manager. was a quick phone call away when we had any questions and scheduled all the work being done. Randy made sure every detail was approved by us as we had to sign off on everything. Throughout the whole process, Randy made a plethora of money saving suggestions. We were also at this time introduced to Brandon Blalock, our on-site supervisor. Brandon was at the house everyday sending us updates and pictures daily. We spoke about the placement of all the home necessities such as where we want to put outlets, appliances, closets, etc. With all construction one must try to think of anticipate the functionality of the final build. Our team was wonderful—always thinking ahead to what we would need or want. We would ask to add or switch stuff around and they were great about it all. The final price of finishing the project only changed from the original contract due to additions we had made. Before getting the keys, the house is completely cleaned inside and out. Once we took over ownership, any issues were handled quickly. We could not have been happier with the entire Moss Marlow process. Thank you, Charlie and Regina

We bought our property almost 5 years ago and almost gave up on buidling anything because of the experiences we had with previous designers/buidlers. We challenged MM to design something at risk and they created a design we absolutely loved. So we went forward. MM said it would take a year to build and they were finished in about 6 months. Our home is beautiful, well built and I feel like we've made friends for a lifetime. Simply, MM over-delivered. I can speak more highly about MM.
