“Update: I was able to get a call back from a patient coordinator, Dallas, who was able to understand my concerns and get me routed to the appropriate person to correct the billing issue so that I am now receiving the bills and can provide payment through the portal. Updating from 1 to 4 star, mainly because Dallas did awesome at getting my issue fixed, so if you run into issues, I would recommend contacting or asking for a patient coordinator to try to help.

I love the provider and staff but the billing department appears to have bungled their system upgrades and failed to send me notices of how much I owe. Rather than actually calling me they attempted contact through text message and email which also were not delivered (and most importantly for any decision maker that reads this are NOT RELIABLE DELIVERY METHODS FOR COMMUNICATION OF IMPORTANT DETAILS!). My balance, unknown to me as I had no contact on how much I owed and the payment portal moved from the last communication I received before their migration, my debt was then referred to a debt collection (humorously referred to as "secondary billing"). If you want customers to pay their bills, you have to actually talk to them. Also of note, when mentioned to the billing representative that the processes they believe to be working (text and email) are not they declined to provide any contact that I could speak with to try to figure out why these systems are not working.“
