Did a pretty good job, but I would have been happier if they had gotten the corners of the tile in my bathroom cleaner. Guy said their equipment would not get into the corners. They may need to add a special piece of equipment for this purpose. It was good that they were able to do the job right then though. PS, left a small trail of water from the bathroom to the front door that I had to clean up. However, they have always done a great job on my area rugs!!

I have taken 3 valuable Persian rugs to be cleaned and they did a great job. I'm very impressed with how clean the rugs look, the care they take wrapping them up and convenience of having home delivery. I'm getting a 4th small rug soon from an estate and I'll be back to JEM's to get it cleaned. This is clearly the store I trust with our family's heirloom grade Persian rugs. Great prices, too!
