Catawba ER another very bad @racism experience #3 Ssturday 9pm check in very excellent mail nurse.from back excellent but when i really weny bavk my orginal nurse passed bad.judgement in me @very racist i will not let her get by with this dovtor very very rude awakening nasty personally no convern racist.This is.my 3rd.bad experience at Catwaba Hospital really?????? My tating.is 1 never recommend this hospital too much racist I will be.heard @nurse i am coming for.your.job@doctor lets see what channel 9 thinks no worries i definitely want.be.back

This facility and doctors failed my family miserably. After a 5 day stay for pneumonia, my dad was sent home and continued to decline. We returned to the ER less than a week later with the same symptoms. The attending nurses treated my dad as if he wasn't critical and sent us out the door with no discharge instructions from a nurse or a doctor. They did take blood work and we wasn't called about the bloodwork at home till 3 days later by this time my dad had been admitted to Iredell in critical condition. Can I give a zero or a negative number please. Terrible!!! Missed diagnosis 3 times. Better than Frye but... they had a 2 notes on my door. To wear a mask the doctor came in without a mask nurse did and to top it off came in my room before diagnosed without a mask requesting how much I wanted to pay??? see they had my insurance card. I had paid ALL my out of pocket and all my deductible for the year! Had she checked it before she came into my room. She would have known that. Even after that she didn't listen to me and asked how I would like to pay, I said send me a bill. Called Humana. The next day. And I was right!!!!
