Foothills Heating & Air has been providing exceptional HVAC service, repair, and installation to Hickory, North Carolina, and surrounding areas since 1997. The staff is responsive, responsible, and focused on delivering the best results. They offer friendly and knowledgeable service, whether it's a new installation or repair of an existing HVAC system. Technicians are professional, prompt, and reasonably priced. Fred Gray is on time, helpful, and thorough, increasing air flow and fixing detached ducts. Fred arrived quickly and explained his work on the motor, including pricing and maintenance options. Fred and his helper were great! They arrived on time and called ahead with an eta. Fred was very knowledgeable, professional and he answered all questions. Michael Smith, and four other gentlemen came and help put in a brand new 3 ton rheem and they were the most respectful and nicest people you will ever meet! They did awesome and did such a great job. These guys are superior at their job. Came on time did the work good price. With positive experiences reported by customers, Foothills Heating & Air is a highly recommended choice for all HVAC needs.
