Love this place! Everyone is so warm and inviting. It really is a special place… doesn’t matter if it’s your first yoga class or your 100th young or old everyone feels welcome.
I received an incredible massage by Arthur. I’ve had many many massages in my life and can confidently say that Arthur is one of the best therapists I’ve had. He is very kind, professional, and really good at what he does! 11/10 recommend.
I've been going to YAM for therapeutic massages for several years. I tried many places before coming here regularly. I cannot recommend Olivia enough, she is very respectful, instinctual, listens to your needs, uses the perfect amount of pressure, and will always focus on what needs more attention. I appreciate that she incorporates stretches if needed. From bad plantar fasciitis, tension headaches, sciatica, and just a physically demanding job, I always leave physically feeling so much better and in a better head space. Thank you!
