I had a good experience with this place. Apparently there is another, unaffiliated WNC Tile up in Asheville. I would say if you live closer to this business, check it out and see if you find what you're looking for before going to the bigger one up near Swananoa Rd.
Ruby runs this shop and goes many extra miles to make her customers happy. She's extremely well versed in pros & cons of different types of tile and will assist you with your ideas (thankfully she's smart enough to let you make your choices!). We bought all of our tile from this shop - she has a great selection, prices are good and she made the experience fun instead of stressful!
