I made a reservation and was directed to come at 4pm on a Saturday. Although my pedicure was about what I expected for the price, the service was disappointing. It was 4:47 before a technician even began working with me. No greeting at all--just a silent offering of a plastic card telling the different types of pedicures. I assumed my technician didn't speak English because she was so curt. I was wrong. The owner/manager was also very short with me when my technician left to do a manicure, and I asked if I could leave. I saw excellent treatment given to women I suppose are regulars in high contrast to mine. My 15 minute pedicure took 1.5 hours, and I was treated dismissively at best and rudely at worst. If you are too tired or busy to treat customers with basic courtesy, don't schedule appointments. I made no extra requests, paid cash and tipped. I get more friendliness checking out in my local grocery store! A disappointing experience I will not repeat, especially since this was supposed to be an early Mother's Day treat.

Called when they opened & was able to get an appointment quickly. Ended up 5 mins late from being turned around in traffic, but no one seemed to mind! Picked out a gel color from the many options available and was seated immediately. My nail tech took her time and was gentle removing my old acrylics, cutting my cuticles, and filing at my extremely thin nails. They had HGTV on to watch and spa like music playing so I felt relaxed. I think my nails look great! Can't wait to show them off at my party this Friday!

I went in at open of business with a damaged nail while on vacation and Victoria's helped me right away. Nina was friendly, patient and thorough. I would definitely come back to this salon. My new full set looks incredible and so much better than what I came in with. Thank you Nina!
