    superior will not answer phone, nor return calls....over $7500 and we are still not fixed....do not use this company. you will be as sorry as we are!

    One star only to post: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THIS COMPANY IS NOT A GOLD STAR STANDARD PREFERRED BY LENNOX. LENNOX WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT IF YOU PURCHASE FROM SUPERIOR. We have called another company to come and fix our new unit. Lennox will honor warranty from the other company...not Superior. Superior doesn't not answer the phone, return calls nor do a good job...go anywhere else just don't use Superior. Sorry we did.

    I inherited an HVAC system after purchasing a home and when the weather got warm it was evident the system wasn't cooling. I found that Superior Comfort Systems installed the unit so I called and was told it was under warranty and someone would look at it. The tech told me they had serviced this several times during the last few years and there was something wrong with it. He added refrigerant which leaked after three days. Now, the first thing about this company is they don't answer calls. On average a call was returned four days later or if I happened to have caught them after numerous messages which was always answered with an excuse as to why they hadn't... read full review
