I had a Lymphatic drainage massage with Sadhvi after I had some lymph swelling and at the end of a head cold (or was it allergies? lol). Well their was a lot of mucous clearing from me for weeks after so I'd say I'm pretty clear now! I had also had some acupuncture a week after the massage working with further clearing and support.
