Shepherd Memorial Park

I have numerous relatives laid to rest in Shepard Memorial Park. I had my aunts grave marker ordered and paid for in 2018 and as of this date it has not been placed. I live out of state and tried calling them numerous times with no answer and mail box full. I made a visit to the office in March of 2020 and was told they would check on it and let me know which never happened. I wrote a complaint to the Commission of Cemeteries and they contacted me and told me that this would be handled but they failed also. There is a large amount of theft of grave markers going on up close to the mausoleum to the left side close to the driveway. I made a report to the Sheriff’s Office this morning and the Detective instructed me to call the cemetery office as well. There was no answer but I was able to leave my name and number through voicemail.

I can’t contact anyone here to ask about replacing the vase on my mother’s grave placard. I read Gary Mcdowell has receivership over this cemetery now, does anyone know how to contact him/anyone who managed this cemetery?
