Jim Ayers and Patrick Lang initially met with us, asked questions to help them understand what we wanted, and found a home plan that would work with the topography of our lot and our budget. They also made custom changes to that home plan design to better fit what we wanted. As an interior designer, I have worked with Jim Ayers & his team for many years. It has been my pleasure to work with a builder that is creative & up to date on today’s design trends. His interest in making his client’s homes the cozy & comfy nests they envision is spot on. Always delivering a quality built, uniquely designed home, Jim’s attention to detail is seen throughout the home. Disappointing experience with New Pointe Builders. A glowing review recently posted on Google reviews was written by this builder's son. Our experience has been completely different. Our new home was turned over to us us apparently unfinished. Terrible communication, many unanswered texts and emails , and he would not provide us documentation as to costs which we requested. The builder just walked away. No walk-through, no punch list. Many surfaces in the home (floors, doors,
