Recently we had a technician come over when we had no heat *************** was cold. There was a short due to our air scrubber which we disconnnected.. We got our heat back on & technician did a very good job. I have always been pleased with service from Horizon & highly recommend their service.

The technician arrived on schedule (no small feat in itself), was courteous, conversant, spent what seemed an appropriate length of time servicing the furnace, and understood my concerns about the humidifier. When he was finished, he was casual in his departure, not eager to get away. Impressive.
