Clean and organized with lots of regular customers. I had an appointment but still had to wait more than 30 minutes and then the technician rushed. She spent half the time it usually takes, did not trim my cuticles, left the edges of my nails ragged. She also cut my nails way too short even though some of them obviously had tips. The staff were nice but I did not feel important and I do not like how my nails look. For these reasons I do not plan to go back...but again, they seem to have many repeat customers.

We had a wonderful experience here getting pedicures! The atmosphere is very calm, and I had MJ as my nail technician and she did an outstanding job. I had two ingrown toenails that were quite deep, and she very carefully extracted them with very little discomfort and zero bleeding!

I did notice the other nail tech that did my mom’s nails wasn’t quite as attentive to detail, so if you can, book an appointment with MJ!

The sign says that walk-ins are welcome, but you really need an appointment unless it's an incredibly slow day. My male manicurist didn't know how to affix rhinestones on my wet nail polish, but did a good job after his boss told him how. Prices seem the same range as elsewhere but I didn't get a chance to have a pedicure, so I don't really know for certain what they offer. I called once on a Wednesday morning to schedule a late afternoon appointment for my nails, but they said that they were booked solid for the next 2 days, so I didn't go back. Not impressed.
