Full exellence in our experience end-to-end, from up-front sales side all the way through fulfilling deliverables at the time of death and full closure support. Great staff, very diligent throughout, very supportive and empathetic for a service industry that is challenging to excel given the sensitive and emotional nature. We can’t thank the staff at Forest Lawn Funeral Home enough for helping us during the devastating loss of our son, Mitchell Coleman Ketchum. Landon and his staff were amazing to work with and were very considerate of our needs during a very difficult time.
