My husband and I were on vacation in NC and one of his contacts split. We tried several places but no one had a pair in stock. We then hit the jackpot when we called Bowen. Not only did they have a trial pair in stock, but Gary Bowen also gave him an “extra” pair for just in case!! All for free. Gary, thank you again for your kindness. You saved our weekend. 👏🏻
I broke my glasses and went to My EyeDR on Haywood road where I purchased my lenses only a few months ago. They wanted me to purchase a wire attachment and wait two weeks for a repair. ( they had the wire attach on frames in the show room but would not use them. Or buy new frames) I went to Bowen Optical and had my glasses repaired in a matter of minutes for a fraction of the cost! This is the only place where I will buy frames and lenses in the future! Thank you for saving my day!
