I have seen Jessica for multiple appointments from Spray Tans to leg wax and a Brazilian wax. I have been to European wax Center before knowing about Jessica for a Brazilian wax and my friend, and I left walking with a wobble, bleeding, and hair patches still left. So coming in to Jessica I was very nervous about what the Brazilian wax was going to do to me. She took her time, had a conversation with me, made me feel comfortable, and most of all I had no pain at all! I would 100% recommend Jessica.

My expectations weren't all that high because I'd really been neglecting my hair.Christina really pulled off a miracle! I left the salon feeling so beautiful (a rare feeling for me) and about 20 years younger. The transformation has been life changing! I'll definitely be going back!UPDATE: I was so impressed by Christina that I asked her to do my hair and makeup for my wedding. I couldn't have had a happier, more fun or better experience!First of all, being on a really small budget, I'd called a bunch of places (before meeting Christina) and Christina's prices were the ONLY prices that were REASONABLE. ALL of the other stylists and makeup artists, for me and my matron of honor, were asking for at least $750. Christina charged WAY less - including the trial for me. She was even okay with coming to my home, where my matron of honor and I were getting ready, on the morning of the wedding.Christina set the tone for the entire wedding day. I was in from out of town, I needed a haircut and my beard trimmed. Of course you’re always a little hesitant with a new barber or a place you’ve never been before , You could end up in one of those “ what have I done!”Videos on YouTube! That was not the case with the Tuxedo Barber shop. The barber was very professional, outgoing, and kind. He asked what I wanted done I explained my desires, and he delivered 100% just like I was one of his regulars! So if you’re in town visiting loved ones, fishing, boating, hiking, or mountain climbing, and decide you need a haircut or your beard trimmed I would highly recommend the Tuxedo Barber shop!

My experience with Kim at Smokey's Barber shop was nothing short of excellent. I rode my bike, locked it outside, even thought Kim offered let me park it inside out of the sun so I wasn't concerned about theft. She got right to work, gently cutting the haircut we discussed. Symmetrically trimming sideburns and beard and blending it smoothly into the fade ont he sides. Her traditional southern charm reminded me of how glad I am to have been raised in the south and the meaning of a firm handshake a quality eye contact. She is my new barber as long as she is still cutting! Customer for life!

This was my first time here today to have a pedicure. The lady who did it for me was very professional and gentle. The salon is very clean and calming. Will probably be returning with my wife.
My favorite and only place I get my nails done. Not only do they do an excellent job, my gel manicures last and last.
But also, unlike other places, I don’t feel like I’m being pushed into purchasing higher level services which often feels like pressure to me when I’m trying to go, get my nails done and relax. They don’t do this there. They’re super nice, friendly and I am always happy when I leave. Overall very happy to have found Nails on Main.

Being new to the area,I had no idea where to go to get my hair done. While checking out at the at the Arden Walmart, I was being assisted by a Walmart associate. She had THE MOST BEAUTIFUL hair color and style. I asked her where she got her hair done. It was then that she referred me to Allure hair salon for highlights and haircut. Sarah did my highlights and it was the best highlight job I have ever had in my life! Sherri did my haircut a little later and also did not disappoint. Those ladies are very personable very friendly and my plan was to be a customer for life because I was so relieved to finally found find, someone that could understand my hair and also understand how I wanted it to look. Unfortunately, a few weeks after I had an unforeseen family matter and had to move back to Florida. I was so happy to have found these ladies and their skill is phenomenal. I wish I could write more than five stars!

Brian Allen is a wonderful artist. He takes his time and makes sure that what you want is what you are getting; while still making sure it fits your body and experience level. He's done some very important tattoos for me and the care, love and the time he has with you is something you probably won't experience with most.
Thanks to him I know have a piece of my mom and dad & brother with me everyday.

Had my helix pierced here in early September. I then returned for the check up and down sizing. Kristie is amazing. The shop is immaculate and inviting. Kristie explained every step for the piercing and the down size processes. She makes you feel very at ease and she is easy to talk to and ask questions. She is very knowledgeable. We had a great experience with Quality Floor Service. They were on time for every appointment and very knowledgeable. Our refinished hardwood floors look brand new and they were in bad shape before. I would use them again!

I had my first service a couple of days ago with Noble pest control. Patrick was the young man that came to my home and I actually asked him very kindly if you would do me a favor I have a fear of spiders and there was one on my porch that had literally made a huge web making it almost impossible for me to get onto my porch without walking through it. He was so kind. He went out there with his special tool and took care of it for me so thank you Patrick. It was truly appreciated. He also explained the whole procedure and also advise me to make sure not to let my pets outside since some of the chemicals might be on the ground or the steps that was something, I truly appreciated, thank you, Noble pest control for such a great service.

I want to preface this review by saying that I am an admitted Denti-phobe. I've not had a good experience with a dentist in over 40 years. (I'm 71.) Until today. First, thanks to Helene, I had to reschedule my appointment to Halloween. I wore my Halloween shirt, but was not prepared for most of the HFD staff dressing up, too! It was fabulous! Second, my dental hygienist ~ Marlee ~ is a total rockstar!!! I can't say enough wonderful things about her! I've never had such a great experience! She was thorough & professional, while still maintaining a personable manner! Great sense of humor! Third, Dr. Ashton was also pretty terrific, in spite of the fact that he's missing a rib. He is very knowledgeable, as well as personable. Sadly, he was not wearing a costume, so I did judge him a bit. ;-) He gave me options as far as future treatments were concerned, and I appreciated that he was suggesting, not ordering. The overall experience was a TOTAL A+, a 14.72 out of 10, and totally off the charts wonderful! If you've had bad experiences in the past, it's time to change to Hendersonville Family Dental. Shout~outs to Yosemite Sam & Velma, et al, for being the icing on the cake!!!
Amazing! After not visiting a dentist for far too long I chose Black Bear based on reviews and their holistic approach. Everyone has been so kind and my 5 year old loves it, he can’t wait to get another cleaning! Taryn is extremely thorough, she got my teeth cleaner than I thought possible. I had a filling replaced, it went better than expected. Dr. Kamal has made sure I have been safe (I’m pregnant) and comfortable. Having moved into a new area, I have struggled to find a dentist. There are plenty out there that want to do a myriad of things, at enormous expense. Even when I was feeling no pain. And had no complaints——-so I kept traveling four hours (one way) to see my dentist back home.How wonderful to find Four Seasons Dental in Hendersonville. At the front office is Dolly—-a delightful, competent, and friendly individual. My hygienist, Shawma, was great. Kept me informed throughout X-rays, cleaning, etc. An easy person to talk to, ask questions of, and trust.Then—-Dr. Rowland!A breath of fresh air. Competent, conservative, so personable, and someone who instills confidence. U have no doubt that this is the best dental practice in this entire area.I feel so lucky!!
I have always been scared to death going to the Dentist. BUT this practice from the young lady that checks you in to,Dr.Strickland I feel so honored and blessed to have been sent to his practice you do not meet nice caring Doctors like this!!! I would definitely recommend Merrell Family Dentistry if you’re looking for a new dentist. Everyone in the office is super great! My dental hygienist Taylor is very friendly and does a great job cleaning my teeth and addressing any concerns I have. Esther at the front is on top of it and super helpful with insurance questions. Having a dentist you trust is so important and I trust Dr. Merrell very much. He has helped me navigate the dental implant process and thoroughly explained all of my options and the pros and cons of each. Overall, this is a great dental office which I recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.
I want to preface this review by saying that I am an admitted Denti-phobe. I've not had a good experience with a dentist in over 40 years. (I'm 71.) Until today. First, thanks to Helene, I had to reschedule my appointment to Halloween. I wore my Halloween shirt, but was not prepared for most of the HFD staff dressing up, too! It was fabulous! Second, my dental hygienist ~ Marlee ~ is a total rockstar!!! I can't say enough wonderful things about her! I've never had such a great experience! She was thorough & professional, while still maintaining a personable manner! Great sense of humor! Third, Dr. Ashton was also pretty terrific, in spite of the fact that he's missing a rib. He is very knowledgeable, as well as personable. Sadly, he was not wearing a costume, so I did judge him a bit. ;-) He gave me options as far as future treatments were concerned, and I appreciated that he was suggesting, not ordering. The overall experience was a TOTAL A+, a 14.72 out of 10, and totally off the charts wonderful! If you've had bad experiences in the past, it's time to change to Hendersonville Family Dental. Shout~outs to Yosemite Sam & Velma, et al, for being the icing on the cake!!!
Dr. Merritt has been wonderful for years and fixed many problems for me. Had my first visit with Dr. Furman and looked forward to many more years of wonder dental services.

Hadn’t been to a dentist since 2019… and Covid. Relocated from the Northeast and made an appointment from a patient referral. Great service, cleaning, diagnosis of some issues, and a plan to rectify them during my initial visit. Very confident in the staff I consulted with. Polite, efficient, and professional in every way.
I really recommend this pediatric dentist. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They got my son in for an emergency tooth removal on a days notice, and he was very relaxed the whole time even though it was his first procedure. There is a tv on the ceiling that they can watch while getting work done. Love this place.

I've been to Laurel Park Animal Hospital twice for newly adopted pets, and they were great! I called 5 vets to just have stiches removed for newly spayed dog (couldn't take her back to rescue to have it done since it's closed due to hurricane damage), and all wanted to charge $$$ or were booking out months. LPAH fit her in and were very nice. I like that each room has a white board with pet's name and name of the vet and tech.
I will definitely be taking all my pets here going forward!

Such a drama filled first appointment but you guys made it as easy as possible and we're so grateful. I'm sure Ellie May will be excited to go back.
1st visit. Mostly satisfied but had to remind the vet to check the cat's teeth which were found to have a lot of tartar. Doctor Stevenson said to stop using any canned cat food and that the dry cat food would clean the cat's teeth better. My little kitty weighed in at 18 lbs but has lost 1 pound since I adopted him.
I didn't think about it until I left but I didn't see the ears checked. Shouldn't have to ask for ears and teeth to be checked.
The staff is marvelous and carried my cat and carrier back out to the car for me. This will be my kitty's vet from now on.
My receipt is dated 1-5-18. Dr. Scott Stevenson DVM was the vet. If he never worked there then why is his (painted over)name on your billboard as well???

Well, I found this place by Fate. I have been looking for a groomer who specializes in Poodles. The are welcoming, gracious, efficient, professional.They actually listen to what my concerns were and they did a fantastic job on my mini poodle.✨✨✨✨✨I feel so lucky to have found them.Shannon does a fantastic job!!

Christina is knowledgeable and professional. I’ve enjoyed multiple massages and she focuses on all the areas you need. Her studio is peaceful and she pays attention to detail with aromatherapy, hydration, relaxing music. I highly recommend her and have already scheduled my monthly massage into April.
If you want a real therapeutic massage you need to see Lynelle. It isn’t just a feel good massage but she is very intuitive and finds the spots that need her touch and her expertise. She has been treating me regularly for several years. I won’t go anywhere else now because I would only be disappointed.
Excellent choice for a massage! Any issue you have will be eliminated if at all possible. A great go to therapist duo for anyone with sports issues or other deep tissue massage needs.

Sadhvi is a person of spirit who treats massage as a sacred calling -- but is very down-to-earth at the same time. (She'll talk or listen as much or as little as you want.) She had the perfect intuitive feel for the deep pressure that worked to un-knot me after a long drive to Asheville. I offered to take her home to live in my house in Maryland, and she laughed and said "That's not the first offer I've had." I believe it.
I’ve been a monthly client for about a year now, Danielle is amazing!! She is more than just acupuncture- appointments are an hour and include lots of modalities of eastern medicine, including shiatsu and cupping. She was recommended to me by my chiropractor who is also a client. I feel at home in her studio, I never feel like any issue is taboo or embarrassing. I always leave with more energy and my current issue fixed (sometimes it takes a few days to see results). I will be a forever client as long as we both stay in WNC.
