Yesterday, my wife and I had Trent Heating and Air visit our home to perform our semi-annual preventative maintenance package and install a new programmable thermostat, and like always, Trent Heating and Air's service technicians were excellent. David and Ryan were both courteous and professional and addressed all our concerns. Switching HVAC services to Trent Heating and Air six years ago was one of the best decisions my wife and I have made for our home. Thank you Trent Heating and Air for being a company that can be relied on.
First time customer of Trent Air. They were able to come a day before they had originally promised they had excellent communication arrived on time, evaluated the problem and fixed it quickly with excellent explanation. Extremely professional technician very polite, courteous, knowledgeable and explained everything to me - possibly the best technician that I’ve ever encountered in any situation. Thank you!!
Trent Heating & Air Conditioning is my go-to for any A/C needs. I had them install a new unit back in February of 2024, I am very pleased with the unit and work that was done.
On 08/02/2024, my A/C stopped working. I was worried because it is a new unit. I contacted Trent Heating & Air, and they sent a tech out the same day. Jermaine (tech) showed up, and quickly found the issue. It turns out the A/C unit was working exactly as it should. It stopped working because the drain line was clogged with dirt, and it shut down to protect against water overflowing into the house. Jermaine cleaned the drain line and the A/C was back to working properly.... read full review
