“I love this facility. My trainer is Angelica, and she has been working diligently with me to improve my strength, balance and overall stamina. Due to lung issues I have breathing problems. She has been superb in helping me to understand how exercise will help my overall health; but also to improve my breathing patterns when it becomes a challenge during exercise or normal daily activities. If you are a senior and impacted by loss in your strength, balance or lung issues Angelica needs to be your trainer! She is exceptionally knowledgeable and talented.As a senior I can’t afford to not be involved in an exercise program. It’s a great health investment of the very best kind.“
