I was having an issue with my 1st level Heating unit not coming on December 27th Am. I reached out to Mike at Real Cool Heating Air, I explained my dilemma and he advised he was a bit swamped at the time. However, he gave me a quick suggestion on how to get it back on, after giving it a go I realized I needed an expert. With in an hour, Mike did a follow up and called and me back to see If I had any success. We set apt for Monday December 30th 8am. He and Ethan arrived on time, tools in hand. diagnosed my furnace issues, educated me on the specifics and got the repair done. My Home is back nice and warm! These guys are AWESOME!
