For the past 2 years I have struggled with my pond working properly. Johnnie Massengill of Ponders Inc. was referred to me recently, and he came by and looked at my pond, went immediately to a part of the pond that none of the other people who looked at it went, found the problem and by the next day my pond was working properly. Not only was it repaired quickly, but was followed up with a call from the company saying if I still had a problem, they would be happy to come out and take care of it. No one else did that! I am very happy.
