Ken went above and beyond to help me (a fellow-inspector) take care of a client by providing a radon measurement when I was unable to do so. He did it on short-notice; he showed up when he said he would; and he delivered the report in time for me to meet my commitment to the client. I can't be more grateful. He's epitomizes selflessness. Mike was hired by myself to do an inspection of a resale home. The home is a 3Bdrm, 2Bath Ranch.
