“We needed the original pinewood floors in our kitchen and breakfast areas plus one long hallway sanded and refinished in our nearly 100 year old home. A couple years ago, Darin came out and gave us an estimate for the same work. He measured the moisture content in the sub-flooring and beams in the crawlspace and determined that we needed to cover/seal the bare ground in the crawlspace in order to lower the moisture content in the wood. He did not charge us for that consultation. We installed the vapor barrier in the crawlspace and had him come out again and complete the job. We felt totally comfortable leaving him keys to the house while we went to the mountains for a week. He communicated with us frequently via text/pictures and Facetime. The transformation of the floors is simply amazing. The natural color finish brought out all the beautiful variations in the old one and a half inch wide pine flooring. Couldn't be more pleased.“
