I was hoping for a wonderful experience here after reading some great reviews online. The first thing that put me off was I called D to change my appointment from one day to the next & I was told that if I do that again, they're going to charge me. I would have been a new client & was not aware of this but I was called into work. And they did not even have my credit card yet & are already threatening to charge me. Not a great first impression. I went today and had my eyebrows tinted and when I booked the service online it said it cost $20. When I got to the register to pay, she said $30. Oops! Well this is from Susan not Tom! I am so very satisfied with how my eyebrows look from D’s brow bar! You go to two appointments with four weeks in between. You apply a numbing gel before you go which cuts down on the pain significantly. And then you apply antibiotic for a week And the scabs may come off during that week. But the results are wonderful! I hardly had any eyebrows left and now it looks like I have my old eyebrows back! It makes me so happy!

Dareen is absolutely wonderful! Extremely knowledgeable and so sweet! My skin felt amazing!!! I will 100% be returning!
