The water heater in the condo next burst causing substantial water damage to my unit. Custom Restoration provided prompt, efficient, professional services to mitigate the damages, clean up the mess and walk me through the whole process with a great deal of empathy and responsiveness throughout the whole process. Their team was a pleasure to work with and a joy to have in my home during a time that was extraordinarily stressful. We could not be more pleased with our experience with Custom Restoration and our bathroom remediation! As soon as we alerted them to our water issue, the team was out immediately, had the issue contained and helped us navigate the process with our insurance. Everything was done in a timely manner, the team showed up as promised, every time and if there was anything that was delayed (such as materials) we were made aware.
