With it being my first time ever renting anything inflatable. We used the Green Machine. I had the BEST! Experience with Mr Bounce Inflatable. They are very professional along with them being very well knowledgeable about their products. Thank y’all so much for helping me. I would give them 100 stars if I could.
10/10 recommend this company. From the request, to delivery, to pick up the communication was spot on. They were all professional and nice. We had a blower go bad about 2 hours before the party and they sent someone out very quickly. We’ve used them in the past and have always had the same great encounter. The guy picking up was so patient with the kids. They have a large selection and it always seems clean to me. I can’t say enough good things!
Wow, what an AMAZING company. I ended up needing last minute help with a company picnic. To start with, Amy was so kind helping me select the right inflatables and paperwork I needed. Then, Dante and Eddie went absolutely above and beyond helping me with some last minute issues. The day of my event, the team did an AMAZING job. They were on time, the inflatables were perfect and they did an amazing job from start to finish. Mr Bounce has won a loyal customer from me and I look forward to using them many more times in the future.
