I highly recommend trainer Magdalena at Highland Training in Harmony, North Carolina. My husband and I have a miniature Aussie we want to train as a service dog for my husband, who has Alzheimer’s. Magdalena and her team have transformed this seven-week-old puppy from a hyper fur ball to a well-disciplined, responsive one-year-old trained dog.
At Highland, every dog is assigned an apprentice trainer to work with their owner. There is no way we could have achieved on our own what was accomplished throughout George’s training.
While each dog owner works with an apprentice, Magdalena is also actively observing and interacting with each owner and dog.
We have had dogs as pets for over 50 years, but none went through training. I will never have another dog that is not trained, and I will definitely return to Highland training.
I am, in fact, planning to follow up with SAR training at Highland so that George and I can find my husband should he wander off alone.
She is amazing! Helped Me and My little dog. My friends have brought pets and have that recovered from hurt legs and bones.
She is not just cracking but moves them in place. Very kind also.
Sharon did a great job! Most importantly she listened to what I needed. Her shop was neat and tidy and had a great view from the front. Parking lot had plenty of space and there's a ramp to the door if needed.

Wow, what an AMAZING company. I ended up needing last minute help with a company picnic. To start with, Amy was so kind helping me select the right inflatables and paperwork I needed. Then, Dante and Eddie went absolutely above and beyond helping me with some last minute issues. The day of my event, the team did an AMAZING job. They were on time, the inflatables were perfect and they did an amazing job from start to finish. Mr Bounce has won a loyal customer from me and I look forward to using them many more times in the future.
