They have come to a rental property on the Fourth of July, and they make after-hours calls to keep us comfortable. We had an unexpected leak issue and Adam arrived shortly after we called for service. He was determined to figure out what the problem was and didn't give up on us even when there wasn't an obvious solution. He helped us identify the issue and explained what we needed to do to prevent it from happening again. He truly went above and beyond for us and we so thankful! His determination and knowledge are so valuable!
My experience with Absolute started off as a frantic call over the weekend at 8am for the waterfall that was coming out of my ceiling light into the floor. They arrived fast and fixed the issue. Fast forward a month later, I decided to remove ALL the QUEST piping. (thoughts and prayers if this is still your situation) They took such attention to detail and were very careful when removing furniture, prepping the area and preserving the drywall cutouts. They let me know each day what they'd be doing and when they'd be on site. Very well mannered folks as well. I'll miss the crew when they're gone, but boy do I sure hope they never have to come back. :-). They're ABSOLUTELY the first call i'll make for anything plumbing related going forward. (forgive the pun, i had to)
To the lady that gave a bad review. This is American Home Services an HVAC COMPANY. they do heating and air conditioning. You are talking about American Home Shield which is an home warranty company. Please delete your review as it is not even the same company
