I woke up Tuesday morning to no water. I called Great Day Plumbing and Devin showed up within a short time and fixed same day. He installed a new well pump system and we had water again. We then experienced very low water pressure and I called them back with the concern. Jeremy was out in an hour to find my sediment filters clogged. He changed the filters, verified the repair, and was on his way. They are a bit pricey but I will pay gladly for the level of customer service they provide. This is the second occasion I have had them resolve a plumbing issue and they will always be my first call!
Jeremy at Great Day Plumbing was great! He listened to my different scenarios for our new hot water heater placement and was able to come up with a much better solution than I thought of. I had my estimates right on the spot! Looking forward to having them come out and do the work!
Devin, Billy and Hunter were all awesome. Devin was very knowledgeable and offered several options. I worked in the retail field for 40 plus years and Devin really has that great customer service skill. Will definitely recommend their services. Thanks guy's for a job well done.
