INCREDIBLE service. Scheduling was a breeze, everybody I interacted with was so friendly, and the cleaning itself was done within an hour. My sofa looks brand new and smells amazing. Wish I took more photos—he showed me pictures he had taken as he was going along and I was so shocked by the difference. Highly recommend!
Jeffrey & his team at Finesse are awesome. We recently used them for a house we moved into…..had an underlying “pet scent.” The company came to me from a neighbor recommendation. Jeffrey came to the house, scheduled an entire house floor-cleaning (carpets, hardwood, & tile), & even offered a Plan B if I was not completely satisfied. What impressed me the most with this company was the level of professionalism & FOLLOW-UP. Being somewhat newer to this area, we are still looking for different services we can TRUST. Finesse wins the vote for flooring for us!
Very professional, pick up and drop off service, rugs were beautifully cleaned and sanitized…. Personalized service … could not ask for more… this is now my go to rug and carpet service…
