Element came to build a fence around my backyard. They did a fantastic job. They were prompt and responsive to all my needs. Pro's: reasonably priced fast response good trouble shooting skills did a quote in person not just "send me a pic of the job" like some contractors. Con's: they were late. I had to call them after 15 minutes to find out what happened. ran out of caulking
