“We had a major water leak that from an upstairs shower. It caused so much damage in my house. I reached out to my insurance company the following morning, and within 20 minutes, Tim and Rick, came by and assessed the damage and put a plan together to immediately fix the issues. By the following day, a crew was here with fans and dehumidifiers. I have never seen crews move this fast and resolve issues like this so quickly. During the demolition process, Kelly, Nick & Dave were amazing. The area of damage and demolition was so clean. They were highly respectful of our space, our two pets, and all six of us.“
“I recently had a water issue and Servpro came to my rescue. They were methodical and data driven in their decision making in determining how many fans and dehumidifiers to install. Fans are not pleasant but necessary and they checked the humidity everyday so that the drying equipment could be safely removed at the appropriate time. Mathew was very polite and communicated the steps and processes well and would make sure we were all on the same page before leaving each day. He was also very prompt in arriving when he said. I interacted with two other employees and they were professional and great to work with. I have had a great experience working with the mitigation team and would use them again if necessary.“
