We stopped in on Saturday to check out Custom Built Homes of the Carolinas. Luke and young young lady greeted us and were very friendly. Luke provided information about the company and what sets them apart from other modular home companies. He took up the first house and answered any questions we had. We were very impressed with all the floorplans. The fact that prices were provided was impressive especially since most of the competitors will not even give you a ballpark price for their home. We would definitely be interested in the future.

My wife and I recently scheduled an appointment with Morgan, our appointment was 4pm. Morgan and staff were gracious enough to stay with us until nearly 6pm answering our questions and allowing us to walk the models. The customization options are enless and Morgan did a great job helping us narrow it down.
