Bug N A Rug incapsulated my crawl space 3 years ago. The whole team is so friendly and helpful. I thought I had an issue called at 4pm. The next morning at 8:58am they are here. The technicians are so nice and professional. It's hard to find a crew like this now a days! Sorry I did not catch the ladies name who took the call, but she was great and made me feel like a valued customer. Even though it was 3 years ago it was still important to them and that's a comfortable feeling.

Had an issue with a particular tech, and haven't had to deal with this person since. My home is clear of bugs, which is a God send because if I had to deal with them, I would simply leave. Service is quick, efficient, and keeps my home bug-free. All other techs are great.

I have quarterly service and today was routine pest control visit. Robert was very friendly and helpful. They treated the outside of my home and the ant problem in the kitchen.
