“I am here WAY too often thanks to my accident-prone boy, but not once has the staff made me feel like a burden. We can joke and laugh in the waiting area while waiting for an appointment, and they are always incredibly understanding. I wouldn’t consider any of my animals “easy”. My cats want to kill everyone, my malinois acts like he’s never been trained a day in his life, yet the staff are always friendly and welcoming. It took me a very long time to find a vet hospital I liked: I worked in veterinary medicine for 8 years so my standards for qualify of care are quite high. Surf City Pet Hospital exceeds this expectations for me. I’d happily pay a little more for their quality and service. Their prices are fair, and they aren’t “pushing products” or making “money grabs”. There is always a reason a vet will recommend diagnostics, and it’s our job as a pet owner to listen to those recommendations and do what we can for our pets. I can’t imagine taking my pets anywhere else ❤️“

“Team was pretty awesome with the vet techs and Dr. very helpful and knowledgeable. Only reason I am giving 4 stars is that the reception desk wasn’t quite as welcoming. Some were very nice but most appeared they were only there to do a job. Trinity however was very friendly and bubbly. Keeping my fur babies here for now.“
