Instead of just fixing issues for the short term, Frank explained the importance of why fixing for the long term would be better. He sent me progress photos, he explained what was going on, why things like that happened, etc. He did a lot of work at my house and it came out absolutely beautiful with 0 issues now. I would recommend Frank to anyone, he is kind, honest and his attention to detail is top tier.“
