“I had an old glass block window seal burst during a tropical storm and called around everywhere to get it replaced but no one would give me the time of day for just one window. Had a great sales experience and ordered the window but then had a unforeseen snafu with the first installation attempt where the hole was larger than it appeared and the large custom window that was made was too small. The team was courteous and apologetic, but what really impressed me was their actions to make it right. That's what sets great companies from good ones. They expedited manufacture of the new window and proactively reached out to me with regular updates. I got a great father-son install team and they had it done and cleaned up in a little over two hours. It was on the second floor so that was no simple task. If that wasn't enough proof, my very skittish pitbull loved them both. Highly recommend.“
