I received exceptional service from University PC Care. In particular Julien, the technician that came to my house ,solved my computer issues quickly, while providing explanations of what was going awry and why. He was very courteous and is a credit and asset to this organization.
I have taken three separate devices to University PC Care including two iPhones and one iPad. I have found these people to be honest, skilled, caring, conscientious, and fair. They have gone above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer. I have had dealings with Julian and Alex. Both of these young men are very intelligent and skilled as Apple Product technicians. I’m glad to have access to this business for their much needed services.
My gaming Laptop was having a bunch of different problems (Not opening applications, Images, etc.) As well as glitching. They were very helpful and offered many solutions to the problem. They also gave me tips on how to prevent this from happening again. Would highly recommend
