I hate to leave bad reviews especially for services but this was a really bad experience. I really wanted to leave a good one. I had seen Alissa previously a few years back and she did an excellent balayage. The treatment plus toner used to take 4 or so hours, maybe more, but that was fine it’s balayage, it was pretty standard. I asked for balayage with toner again this time, and it was done in 2.5ish hours? I commented on it being quicker and she said she’s gotten way faster since it took so long before. 20+ years with this salon. The salon is always clean; the people are friendly and my stylist does my hair exactly the way I want! Could not ask for a better experience. Each stylist has their own room which personalizes the interaction.
Jessica B. did a great job. She gave me exactly what i asked for. I love love love my new cut. I'm so particular about anyone new touching my hair but my regular stylist was unavailable and I really needed this asap. No regrets.
