“Facial was amazing and beyond relaxing. If nothing else recommend this. Was gifted a package experience. Overall loved it...but was rushed through the Grotto as our paperwork stated one time and their schedule had another. So, we didn't get to experience the full "journey" that was paid for. Also, we did not get to do the tutorial at all as the manager stated we could either do that or shower. Yet, there were several other patrons in while we were rushing out because they stated they closed by a certain time and we couldn't do the tutorial and then shower after. Other than those couple of things, everyone was really nice and helpful, I cannot say enough about the ladies that do the facials!“
