Wonderful service! Very easy to get in touch with on the phone (I spoke with Christy several times and she was available and accommodating). Our heat stopped working so I called the next morning and they were able to work us in that afternoon. They weren't going to be able to get the replacement part until the next day because it was 5:00 and the store had closed. Thirty minutes later Cody returned and had been able to get the part after all and stayed late to install it so that we would have heat that night. He went out of his way to do this and we are so appreciative! Thank you Cody and Pitt Electric!
My first time using Pitt Electric. They set up an appointment within 24 hours and the technician Chris Fleming showed up on time and immediately got to work and provided me with an estimate within a few minutes. Two hours later, he had replaced an older electrical panel (had fuses) with an updated panel, in the detached garage, and installed two dimmers in the house. Cleaned up and removed all packaging materials. Excellent work, great personality, prompt service; all at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended and will use them again when need arise. Job well done.

Late Fall 2018 my 15+ year old gas pack blew it's last breath of warmish air. I contacted the Greenville Utilities Energy Services Department in an effort to find the most efficient system for my home. What we discovered was that my 1954 built home had the original ductwork and an oversized unit to compensate for leakage. Out of eight contractors only three supported Greenville Utilities' assessment of my needs and only Pitt Electric came up with an installation solution that respected the architecture of my older home. Had I known what my energy bill, comfort level, and air quality would be I wouldn't have waited for my old system to quit before I replaced it!
