I contacted Pinnacle Carpet Care using the website and heard back the next day! Doni, the business owner, kept in contact and arrived with a smile on his face. He explained the process, educated me, and showed me how to care for my area rugs. He is personable and did a fantastic job. The rugs look like new again, saving me money! Doni is a terrific businessman. As soon as he arrived to my house he greeted me with a smile and a great attitude. The work he did was fantastic and for a great price. I had 1 couch and 2 recliners cleaned and they look brand new after having quite a few years of wear on them. I would highly recommend Pinnacle Carpet Care to anyone in the area that is looking to have their carpets or furniture cleaned. They are professional, courteous and do excellent work.
