Every time I come in for my appointments they are ALWAYS friendly and welcoming at the front counter / never a long waiting time. They will Constantly make sure you are okay during your visit (AND AFTER) and Mrs Deana is the sweetest most understanding employee at the location. She holds great conversation, she will constantly let you know how to care for treated areas, she is NEVER rushing she takes her time but in the same matter gets it done so quickly ! I love her! You can feel that it is A judge FREE zone as soon as you walk through the door( which I love ) and before you even walk out they make sure to schedule your next appointment! Fabulous experience 10/10. I’ve been going here for nearing a year. They just started using cool air to help with any discomfort you may feel. It made my experience rise from a 8 to a 10! Would recommend to any one looking for hair removal services.
