I went here when I first moved to Greenville, and the person who did my hair did a pretty good job with it. I went back, and that person wasn't there anymore. So the next person did an okay job. Then I went back for a 3rd time, and THAT person wasn't there any more. I am not sure what is going on with keeping people there, but it is a little odd that there is so much turnover. The job they each did was decent, though, and I felt like the pricing was reasonable. I also like the hair products they recommended and still use them.

Went to Grace Bell for my first "salon" color. Been using box forever. She took her time during consultation to make sure I got the color I wanted. Was totally amazed. My hair looked so natural not colored at all. Beautiful. Highly recommend. And her haircuts are on point too!!!!

I haven’t been to the salon yet, but I would like to go ahead and give this place a 5 star rating on the customer/client onboarding experience! They have several options to book appointments, ask questions, etc. other than just calling. I was able to book an appt after hours without any phone call the next day. Considering I would have to call tomorrow during my very short lunch break, I am very thankful.
